We flag a cafe "fast wifi" only when speed tests clear 50mbps. That’s enough for Zoom + a download in the background. The "flaky wifi" tag exists for the opposite — avoid those for calls.
A 4-hour session needs a charge. The map tags cafes with outlet density so you can sort by it. "Outlets everywhere" beats "2 outlets in the back".
Google’s "wifi available" filter doesn’t care if the WiFi works. Deskmate spots are checked by the community and re-verified — the list trims itself when a cafe degrades.
